Front design painted solid wood floor lamp

Svarva floor lamp from the Swedish collective in view, FRONT. Limited edition from 2009 for IKEA as part of their PS edition (IKEA has been publishing an annual limited series collection called PS since 1995, which is always highly anticipated by contemporary design collectors. This initiative was interrupted between 2016 and 2026 and relaunched this year at the Salone del Mobile in Milan). The base is made of solid beech with a matte white lacquer. As seen in the photos, the lampshade can be oriented in different ways by a pivoting system. First hand (acquired in 2009 at its release). Original fabric lampshade in good condition. A few minor signs of wear. Very good condition. Currently used as a bedroom light.
