Dish Désiré Denmark

The desired dishes inspired by the fairy tales of hans christian andersen have been produced since 1970 and are today a real "jewel" for collectors, many vintages are increasingly rare and difficult to find.   The dish desiré denmark, old copenhagen blue, svend jensen of denmark, 1977 is the 8th in the famous desiré series and is entitled "the snowman". The ornamental pattern is in relief and the plate is decorated by hand in classic cobalt blue tones applied under glaze.   The dish is produced in limited quantities and production ends at the end of the year with the destruction of the original form making it impossible to reproduce. Diameter 19 cm.
