Vintage Botanical Print from 1968 - Golden Rapture - Rose Floral Illustration

Old rose plate representing the golden rapture variety. This horticultural variety was created in 1933, a superb golden yellow rose. This original vintage plate dates from 1968, based on an engraving by j.kaplicka, famous botanical illustrator, in the same vein as pierre-joseph redouté. Size: 26 X 20 cm. The condition of this engraving is excellent. Sold unframed, but ideal for framing. This reproduction comes from a rare work published in Paris and dedicated to particularly aesthetic collectible roses. The colors on the board are crisp and clear: a horticultural illustration that will make a beautiful decoration. Note a text printed on the back of the board but which does not show through.
