Very rustic linen tablecloth monogrammed "gc" in cross stitch at one of the corners. In the 19th century all the pieces in the bunch were counted and could be marked with a number. Also there is a "3" below the letters. The period also involves weaving in small widths. The tablecloth therefore has a seam in the middle. Two strips of fabric are sewn together to give a good width. Very good quality linen, impossible to find today...
