Pair of vintage Art Deco style bookends in marble and gold-plated metal

Rare pair of vintage art deco style bookends with a lot of look and elegance in a library. It is composed of a rectangular base in black marble decorated with a gold-plated metal plate (hallmark) forming the letter c. Unique and original gift idea for lovers of luxurious vintage decoration. Object in good general condition except for traces of wear on the marble part (see photos).
