Glass pendant light by the company Osvětlovací Sklo

Glass pendant light, made by the company Osvětlovací Sklo in the 1970s. The glassworks in the town of Valašské Meziříčí was once the main factory of S. Reich & Co., the largest manufacturer of lighting glass in Austro-Hungary, and later became the national enterprise Osvětlovací Sklo. The light’s shade is made from milk glass with a delicate pattern of opaque white blotches and air bubbles, so it casts a pleasant, diffuse light. The light is functional and in very good condition. Country: Czechoslovakia. Decade: 1970s. Condition: In original condition.
