Art Nouveau glass paste lampshade – circa 1910-1925

An antique lampshade made of moulded glass with the appearance of pâte de verre, in a warm amber champagne hue. The piece features a remarkable relief decoration composed of stylised leaves, geometric patterns, and large spiral volutes. The satin finish diffuses a soft and warm light. When illuminated, the relief takes on its full depth and particularly highlights the craftsmanship of the glass. With its decorative botanical vocabulary and volutes, this lampshade fits within the Art Nouveau aesthetic and the transitional period towards the more geometric forms of the 1920s. I date it to around 1910-1925. No manufacturer or signature is visible; therefore, it would be risky to attribute it to a specific house. The globe can be used as a pendant or a table lamp, offering several integration possibilities in both antique interiors and contemporary decor. It comes with an E27 socket and a wire clamp.
