Delmas space age table lamp in lacquered metal

Authentic lamp from the Delmas house in Montauban, French-made, Space Age style, 1960-1970 (original label present under the base). It is made of brown and white lacquered metal and is in very good condition, with no marks or scratches. There are slight signs of oxidation on the screw of the mount, under the base, thus invisible. Original electrification is functional, with an E27 screw socket. Sold with a vintage brown fabric lampshade, in very good condition. I can also ship just the base if one prefers to attach a white or smoked opaline globe instead. This type of Delmas lamp was often fitted with a globe, but I cannot confirm that this was the case for this model (there is no longer a comprehensive catalogue of this lighting house). A cheerful and playful piece, with a lot of style, very easy to match. Dimensions of the lamp base alone: height 37.5 cm; maximum diameter 12.5 cm.
