An iconic model of Jean Prouvé's work, the Métropole n°305 is characterised by its particularly recognisable metal structure: tubular front legs and wide rear legs made of folded steel, designed to support the heaviest loads. Seat and backrest in wood, combined with a metal structure. The six chairs are numbered (see photos). A homogeneous set of six pieces, particularly interesting for furnishing a large dining table or for a collection of 20th-century French furniture.
