This superb antique Empire cutlery set is made of silver-plated metal by the silversmith "Boulenger". This cutlery case consists of 34 pieces: a ladle (33 cm), a sauce spoon (27 cm), 11 dessert or coffee spoons (14 cm), 9 table forks (21.5 cm), and 12 soup spoons (22 cm). Made of silver-plated metal from the Boulenger silversmithing house (founded in 1810 in Paris), it is an Empire model called "Marie-Louise". These elegant table utensils are adorned with beautiful palmettes, scrolls, and garlands. All pieces are marked "Boulenger" and bear the silversmith's hallmarks. On the table cutlery, the weight "100" indicates exceptional silver quality. In good condition, these utensils show signs of use and traces of oxidation. They are kept in a beautiful case lined with saffron yellow velvet and satin. The box shows signs of wear.
