Antique console in raw wood with floral decoration – 1930s/40s Charming small antique console in carved wood and wood veneer with particularly elegant proportions, easy to integrate due to its shallow depth. It stands out with its lovely graphic floral decoration running along the apron, as well as its legs featuring fine grooves. Its lower shelf provides additional space for a few books, decorative items, or baskets. The console has been carefully restored while preserving the marks that testify to its history. The wood has been left raw and then protected with a clear matte oil to maintain its natural and warm appearance. Note the presence of old woodworm holes, visible in places on the structure. The console is stable and solid. It shows a slight play inherent to its age, without affecting its use. With only 35 cm in depth, it will easily find its place in an entrance, hallway, bedroom as a bedside table, bathroom, or small apartment.
