Restored Louis XV style chest of drawers - wood and nude color

Beautiful oak chest of drawers, mid-20th century, in a rustic Louis XV style. It has been fully restored in our workshop to create a soft and feminine piece: - Complete cleaning and sanding. - Back legs repaired due to woodworm damage. - The entire piece treated against wood-boring insects. - The top was painted in Eleonore Deco Nude, matching the sides, and then varnished with Mauler's Le Suprême. The handles were simplified while retaining the original rosettes, which were gilded. The wood was lightly whitewashed and protected with Libéron colorless wax cream. This chest of drawers is now a unique, elegant piece full of character. It would be equally at home in a bedroom or a chic entryway. Note: There is a small gap under the top drawer, which does not affect the use of the chest.
