Sideboard model Hermès by Guido Faleschini, circa 1970

Very nice set of three cabinets that can form a large row designed by guido faleschini and edited by i4 mariani in italy in the 1970s. This set features two cabinets with off-white lacquered doors with hermès fawn leather handles, covered in grey suede on the sides and inside, the top top top and shelves inside in black opaline glass. It also features a smaller six-drawer cabinet with brushed steel handles, covered in grey suede on the sides and inside, and a black opaline glass top. These pieces were exhibited and available to order in some hermès points of sale in the 1970s. The whole is imposing and glamorous, with taut lines of brushed steel. The combination of off-white lacquer, grey suede, brushed steel and fawn leather is sublime. This set has been completely restored, relacquered, reupholstered, and is in exceptional condition.
