Skai chair imitation red leather 50s

With its compass legs and its original red skaï (very slightly darker than in the photos), this chair is dapper! And in addition, it is very comfortable! It dates from the 50s and it is quite rare to find it in such good condition: solid, stable, seat padding in good condition, skaï almost intact. But obviously it still shows some signs of its age: some small marks on the skaï (non-crossing punches, small discreet spots, abrasion), the skaï seems a little distended on the front of the backrest (maybe following my disassembly. I will compare with the other chairs not disassembled yet, and see if I can arrange this). Marks on the wood too, including the usual ones, on the tips of the legs of the chairs that have seen the mop pass too often too close. I cleaned it with great care, until I unscrewed the backrest to remove decades of dirt accumulated between the seat and the backrest. It measures 86 cm high at the backrest, 44 cm seat height, 42 cm wide and 39 cm seat depth. It weighs about 4 or 5 kg.
