Louis Philippe style desk with pull-out drawers – Solid wood & green leather

Magnificent writing desk in Louis-Philippe style, combining classic elegance, sobriety, and functionality. This solid wood desk stands out with its characteristic turned legs and its large top covered in original dark green leather, bordered with gilding. Very practical for daily use, it features two sliding side extensions covered in leather that allow for an instant increase in the work surface (185cm with the extensions open). The desk has two large front drawers, each locking and provided with their original keys. The desk is in very good overall condition. The leather top shows some slight natural wear marks that give it a beautiful patina and all its original charm. I am also giving away the chair with the desk.
