Bouquet armchair by tokujin yoshioka, imagined in the 1980s for moroso italy the designer says of him: "the concept of bouquet was born from the installation that I carried out last october (2007) in the moroso showroom in new york where I used about 30, 000 paper tissues to create an atmosphere reminiscent of clouds. The bouquet armchair makes those who sit on it happy, just as the bouquet gratifies those who receive it. The vibrant and delicate colors evoke personal sensations in each person.” the seat of this armchair consists of a padded and enveloping shell into which a multitude of squares of fabric in shades of white have been sewn. The whole thing rests on a swivel varnished steel base. Edition: moroso 1988.
