Painted Dutch servant chest from the early 1800s

Particularly beautiful painted dutch servants box from the 19th century. The box is painted with an oak wood grain structure and decorated with burgundy red line work. The lid has two large forged hinges and is branded with the initials ia. On the right is a small compartment where some small items could be stored. At the bottom of the bottom are two more compartments that can be closed with four wooden planks. We have of course restored the box where necessary and provided it with a layer of wax. The lock works with the original key. A beautiful decorative item for your living room, office or bedroom.
