Large Bonnetière Pantry

Antique large single-door pantry cabinet, bonnet-style, with cheesecloth (in excellent condition as it came from a new roll of old furniture). It was in the storage room of a large bourgeois house. I intentionally left its blue patina and the perfect imperfections of the original paint. The cabinet has been renovated, cleaned, treated, and reinforced with a smelter on the pitted parts (see bottom shelf). The sideboard has 5 fixed shelves made of raw wood. The door locks. Note: the cabinet is 73 cm wide, but the top shelf is 79 cm. The bottom of the cabinet is original, partially closed by a piece of door. The kind of charming detail that tells its whole story. A beautiful, unique piece for a kitchen with character. Ideal for a southern-style dresser, Provençal farmhouse, lovers of authentic patinas and authenticity.
