Vintage 1970s architect's desk lamp GDR (DDR - GDR) red - 50 cm

Antique architect's desk lamp in red and black lacquered metal, designed and manufactured in the former German Empire (GDR), circa 1970, in good condition. This is an East German (Ex-GDR) lamp; we have found other models bearing the label "made in the GDR" (photo available upon request). This is a relic from a time when the world was split in two between the modern West and the Soviet bloc. It is complete, it works, the paint shows slight losses and a certain patina of time, and we also observe a few micro dents here and there, but it is very discreet. It works with a large E27 screw-in bulb, not included. The electricity is original. It measures 50cm high, 50cm deep, and the diameter of the corolla is 19cm.
