HST painting "A corner of Provence" impressionist nineteenth century signed?

Painting made in oil on canvas embedded of very beautiful craftsmanship located on the back "a corner of provence", the work is probably autographed and signed on the back but difficult to read... Notice to the specialists of the local small masters... The work has two small restorations, possibly to be retouched (see close-up in photos), some light wear and a cleaning can be considered.
