Glazed earthenware dish in the style of Bresse pottery

Decorative dish in glazed earthenware - Bresse pottery style. Pretty round dish (or almost) with hand-painted floral decoration, in the very recognizable style of Bresse pottery: deep turquoise background, large naive poppy red flowers, daisy white and touches of black and yellow, highlighted with graphic foliage. The slightly irregular shape, the spontaneous decoration and the bright colors give it a rustic and fresh charm. Perfect as a centerpiece or hung as a wall composition in a kitchen or a country house. Unsigned handcrafted piece, probably from the 50s-70s but the large white daisies, the foliage with black lines, the bright reds and this characteristic blue are characteristic of Poteries de Bresse. Diameter 30 cm. Some visible chips on the edge under the bottom (see photos) and paint irregularities on the edges.
