Artisanal checkered Safi foot cup

Very nice footed bowl, vintage/old artisanal production in safi (morocco), glazed terracotta, hand painted, signed a. Serghini. Original in its shape, deep cut, pretty high foot. Unusual patterns of dark green and white checkerboard edging and orange-yellow weights. 18.5cm in height, 20.5cm in diameter max. Good general condition, no cracks or chips, however it has a certain number of paint/varnish losses on the edge of the cup and on the edge of the bottom of the foot, a few other small, more or less discreet marks of time, notably cracks. Varnish, visible at the bottom of the cup because it is a little tinted. Original piece in its unusual style for this type of manufacturing and really very pretty despite its small flaws.
