Oval serving dish with generous dimensions in fine earthenware by villeroy & boch mettlach, model "carola". Hand-painted decoration in burgundy red and light blue. Stamped (green stamp) "villeroy & boch / mettlach / made in france-saar economic union", this dish dates from the 1950s. Material of beautiful quality, patinated by time and use (fine cracks in the haloed enamel - see detailed photo). No accidents, very shiny enamel. Dimensions: length 39.5 cm, width 28 cm.
