Grand golden mirror from the revolutionary period 110 cm x 74 cm

Revolutionary period mirror from the late Louis XVI era, gilded with gold leaf, in perfect condition. The original mercury glass has some "usage" spots but they are very well integrated into the overall appearance, which remains in perfect conservation. The mirror is mounted on a wooden back, secured to the sculpted moulded frame by a fitting that holds the mercury glass. Whether vertical or horizontal, this mirror will find its place in both classic and modern interiors thanks to its understated lines. This type of mirror is becoming increasingly rare, as many have unfortunately been exported due to their highly sought-after style.
