Trunk chest 118x56x54cm old fir

Large and solid fir chest, equipped with its two "latches" of closure on the façade. Never painted and completely cleaned with the greatest care, it is offered raw finish, as it was found, without any modification or transformation. It has some defects (spots on the tray, old traces of xylophagous insects, lack in the bottom and in this place light space between the boards (due to the drying of the wood), front board of the tray slightly curved) well taken in photos. These marks of use and time testify to the authenticity of this nineteenth century chest and do not affect a use upon receipt! We just want you to know everything! It can of course be waxed, painted, or put on any finish desired by its future buyer. Or stay raw as it has always been! Beautiful dimensions it can serve as storage space in the desired place, coffee table, and why not bench in an entrance or passage... With this raw fir, this trunk could just as well find its place in a mountain chalet, in a house in the countryside... Dimensions: 118cm wide, 54cm high, 56cm deep.
