Vintage brass table lamp base in faux bamboo, 1970's

Large vintage mid-century table lamp base, made of brass with a faux bamboo design, and a pretty brass-gold colored finish, circa 1970's. The piece is in very good condition, original and vintage, with light marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, on the overall structure, and bears an original patina of time (see photos.) it was only gently dusted off with respect. With the original patina of time. - the lamp has been tested and works with a b-22 bayonet bulb. It was photographed with a "flame" type bulb (see photos.) - delivered with its original cord with "on/off" switch, and has a european plug up to 220v (see photos.) - under each corner of the base, there are felt pads (see photos.) - the list only concerns the base of the lamp. - bulb not included. - lampshade not included. The last photo of this lamp with a "drum shaped" lampshade, has been taken solely to provide an example of the type of lampshade that might work well, and to complement both the design and color of this piece.
