Old patinated painted wooden stool

The stool is in very good condition, no accidents, no shortages. It is all solid wood, quite frail and light but nevertheless solid and stable, thanks to its reinforcement bars between the feet, except the top which was cut from a simple plywood, then nailed to the feet. The shape of the top has been custom cut to fit exactly the shape of the contours of the feet, and the slightly curved sides. The stool was painted off-white a long time ago, and the paint has peeled, patinated over time, which gives it a crazy charm. It was completely sanded, and passed to natural beeswax. For maintenance, it will be enough to rub it from time to time with a soft cloth. The seat height is 45 cm, which corresponds to the standard seat height of a chair. It can therefore serve as a booster seat. Pretty room, object of daily life of the first half of the twentieth century.
