Very elegant wall lamp in the french style of the 60s / 70s / no mark of recognition, I would lean for a lamp manufacturer like arlus. The base is made of a brass sheet on which a translucent globe is fixed. Electricity to be connected to a wall connection. Works, of course. Bulb provided. Traces on brass caused by the application of adhesive tape.
