This classic scandinavian bookcase was designed by danish master carpenter johannes sorth for nexø møbelfabrik, bornholm in 1956. The idea was to combine a cabinet and a book case, and it was an instant success. It was produced in five different versions, and this version has three wide shelves and a cabinet with double sliding doors and shelf. It can stand alone or be combined with other book cases from the same series. Loads of storage space in the large cabinet, and the wide top shelves are height adjustable for individual needs.
