Small round box turquoise blue Art Deco Emaux de Longwy 1940

Pretty little round art deco box in enamelled ceramic called partitioned faïenceries and emaux de longwy made around 1940. The box is covered with a pretty decoration of flowers, two fine graphic and colorful friezes on a turquoise background with cracked enamel characteristic of the longwy manufacture. The longwy factory has hundreds of years of tradition, but their golden age is clearly the art deco period from the 1920s to the 1940s. A collector's item, very decorative, and in a superb vintage condition.
