Vintage French pencil case in ebonized wood

Beautiful vintage french pencil case in ebonized wood, lined inside. As you can see in the photos, this has been an object that has really been used, although the badge says 'souvenir', it is clear that a student put it to good use. It has scratches on the outside and the paper lining is quite damaged, but it still maintains its charm. It even has an ink stain on the base. Some people prefer objects like new, I like it when you tell a story, and, i'm sure, this pencil case has had many adventures to tell. It measures 20.5 cm long wide, 6 cm deep and 3 cm high.
