19th century work table in rosewood

Work table, Louis Philippe period. It opens onto a compartmentalized drawer called "caskets" and an interior veneered with light wood and blackened wood fillets. The flap has an adjustable compass allowing you to adjust the inclination of the mirror (slightly tilted see photo). Below is a storage drawer and a narrower, deeper trapezoid drawer. The whole rests on a turned and carved rosewood base called "umbrella". Table in very good condition, tiny gaps in veneer, stable and solid. Work table that can be transformed into a side table, end table, etc. Weight: 8.2kg. Dimensions: 69cm high, 52.5cm wide and 36.5cm deep.
