Vintage Hand-Tinted Whisky Brown Egg Chair

A very beautiful chair in the style of Fritz Hansen, restored in whisky brown leather. We have listed it as 'style' because the sticker on the top of the metal swivel base is missing; these deteriorate over time and it may have simply come off, but in the interest of honesty, I do not list it as original. The chair has been fully restored as mentioned, the original leather has slightly discoloured and lost its original colour. We sent it to our leather polisher who is exceptional at leather restoration work; it is an old traditional English technique that many restorers have not mastered. This piece has been washed and hand-dyed six or seven times to achieve this unique colour. The restoration of the item is ready to be displayed.
