19th century oak daybed

Oak daybed 'regional art of Lorraine' made in a cabinetmaking workshop in the Seille valley at the end of the 19th century (circa 1890s/1900s). Made up of 4 panels (head & footboard and 2 side panels) connected together by 4 large screws. Dismountable, it is easy to install (4 large screws). The slats of the bed base fit into the 2 side parts (see photos). External dimensions: length 151cm X width 71cm X height 84 cm. Internal dimensions: length 134cm X width 60 cm X height 84 cm. Height of the side panel 40 cm / with the wooden decoration 52 cm. Supplied without mattress. A daybed that looks great with its warm waxed wood and harmonious dimensions.
