Teak sideboard – chest, denmark 1960s/1970s, vintage, mid-century modern

A very neat sideboard produced in the 1960s/70s in denmark. The chest of drawers is finished with teak veneer and mounted on solid teak legs stabilized with nicely shaped slats. Danish design is characterized by elegant, clean lines, and the charm of the chest of drawers also includes door handles made of solid teak, which add a sublime "flavor" to the whole. Two pairs of sliding doors - a larger one with a beautiful profile along the entire length of the chest of drawers and a smaller one, behind which there is the icing on the cake - an elegant bar with a glass rear wall and drawers lined with green material. Additionally, at the bottom of the chest of drawers there are 2 spacious, pull-out drawers. The piece of furniture is massive, solid, fully functional, very roomy, and the doors and drawers move smoothly. The profile of the chest of drawers is slightly narrowed towards the top. The chest of drawers has undergone a renovation process, including cleaning of old coatings, light staining to even out the color, replenishing the veneer and re-protecting it with several layers of hard oil-wax resistant to dirt and water. It has minor traces of use that do not affect the appearance and value of the furniture. The mirror is in very good condition.
