Antique carved wooden bed frame, in an elegant Louis XVI style dating from the late 19th century. It features all the decorative vocabulary of the period: foliage, rosettes, ribbons, fluting, and a superb shell-shaped pediment. Stable structure, sound wood, and patina in its original state. The repainting (very pale grey) and gilding show signs of wear and traces of time. For a bed size of 140x190.
