Rare Piano Lamp - 1950's - J.J.M. Hoogervorst

This piano lamp was designed by J.J.M. Hoogervorst for the Dutch manufacturer Anvia and produced in the 1950s. The lamp features a black metal shade mounted on a chromed arm with an adjustable joint, allowing the direction of the light to be positioned as needed. The compact base supports the angled construction and keeps the lamp stable on a piano, desk, or music stand. The lamp is in very good original condition with normal signs of use consistent with age. This is a relatively rare model within the lighting designs of J.J.M. Hoogervorst for Anvia.
