Rare Italian modernist suspension from the 1960s, composed of three long articulated brass arms with conical diffusers in ivory lacquered metal. The particularly graphic design of this piece recalls certain Italian productions from the "Triennale" period, featuring sophisticated work on the mechanical joints and tubular counterweights. The three adjustable arms intersect at the same horizontal level around the central mast, creating a very balanced sculptural silhouette once suspended. The perforated conical diffusers emit a subtle light and showcase a beautiful technical aesthetic typical of mid-century Italian design. The light fixture has intentionally retained its original patina: the brass exhibits a homogeneous and warm oxidation that we have chosen not to strip in order to preserve its character and authenticity. However, a complete cleaning of the brass can be carried out before shipping at the buyer's request. Please note: some slight signs of use and minor abrasions on the paint of the conical diffusers, consistent with the age and use of the piece. Very beautiful decorative presence, ideal for a modernist, brutalist, or mid-century interior. Approximate dimensions: Wingspan: 120 cm. Total height: approximately 100 cm. 3 lights. Functional electricity.
