Tropical forest tapestry 1960 XL

Old French tapestry on the “tropical forest” theme based on the paintings of Rousseau, produced in the 1960s, also reminiscent of the work of Dom Robert and Suzanne Goubely-Gatien. Mechanical jaquar manufacturing with wool, we love the theme, the bright colors and the feeling of abundance and lust of the elements. Very good general condition, the back has a few “stains” probably from leaking water. Staples on the back to secure it with a rod for a nice hold. Two similar models available. - Dimensions - 198 x 122 cm.
