Toy Philippe Starck Chairs

Set of 4 toy armchairs by philippe starck. Monobloc polypropylene armchairs. Each chair weighs 7 kilos. Acronym "driade store by starck, atlantide collection, made in italy." For outdoor or indoor. Garden furniture, dining room, office, waiting room... Pillable... The seat is comfortable (which is not always the case at starck...) Aesthetics and condition: The chairs are in good condition, without lack or breakage. There are marks of use (see photo), the color is more or less veiled. No treatment was carried out (just cleaning with a sponge soap). This condition gives it a remarkable matte terracotta appearance, which is why I have not cleaned more, nor done any treatment. The general condition can however be improved if you want to erase certain effects of patina, stitching, the effect of veiling or certain black marks. Since the material is polypropylene, it is worth inquiring about plastic renovation products that can be applied. These are high quality chairs, very solid, released in 1999, their state of use testifies, and the weight of each piece, around 7 kilos, in the same composite that is used to make car bumpers, explains this. Perhaps starck's most iconic chair (with the famous costes coffee) which, to my knowledge, is not frequent in this beige orange brick color that suits him so well.
