Louis XV donkey back desk marked in rosewood

Very nice slope desk or donkey back, louis XV style, walnut and marked with rosewood. Crafted in the 19th century, it underwent a brief restoration as well as a treatment with xylophene. It has a large drawer in the lower part, as well as 3 small drawers in part inside. A black velvet mat partially covers the removable part that acts as a desk, a removable part that locks with a small bronze key. The structure is still as solid and the veneer in very good condition. There are a few accidents due to the years, but nothing that spoils its overall appearance. Ideal to add a classic touch to your décor, with discreet storage for your entrance, office, bedroom...
