Collector's item, display case a folded fan, the silk leaf painted in gouache of three loves on a flowery rocky mound surrounded by foliage. The blank reverse. The tortoiseshell frame and the brass bail. Signed caldonazzo lower right. Slight deformation. Napoleon III period. Height 18.5 cm. Presented in a modern diorama (28.5 X 46 X 5 cm) provenance: collection of madame gorand-hurtes (part of her collection sold at auction at christie's in may 1999 - catalog) ref adequantik 2212919.
