Gien ceramic pitcher with blue renaissance decor

This pitcher with handle was manufactured by the french manufacturer gien between 1971 and 1984. The hand-painted decoration is known as italian renaissance blue background "thibault" which was designed for gien by designer adrian thibault (1884- 1918). This fine earthenware piece is in excellent condition without chips or hair and measures approximately 25 cm high. The width at the largest is approximately 20 cm.
