Art Deco Vintage Brocante Display Cabinet 1920

Art deco vintage brocante scottish glass-door cabinet. 1920. Beautiful and very special art deco display cabinet. When we picked up this item in the highlands of scotland at a large private house, we were told that this beautiful display cabinet was specially made for their grandfather's collection of art deco figures. It had its proud position in the living room to show the beautiful ivory figurines. This cabinet is made of nuts. Originally it had glass shelves but due to the weight of the figurines they had to change into wooden shelves, otherwise it is still in original condition with a beautiful original patina. An absolutely beautiful piece. In the original stat with some minor traces of use typical of a piece of that life. W 124cm X d 30cm X h 161, 5cm.
