Vintage Dutch design dining chairs Gispen ‘Model 208’

Vintage design chairs from dutch soil! A beautiful set of 4 original vintage dutch design chairs by gispen, a design by w.h. Gispen. This is an early design model 208 chair with a special round loop slide. Period: 1930s – 40s. Country of origin: the netherlands. The chrome base with the bakelite armrests forms a nice contrast. Still equipped with the original anthracite upholstery. They offer a comfortable, slightly springy seating comfort. Dimensions: h 81 cm X w 54 cm X d 47 cm, seat height 46 cm, seat depth 38 cm. Considering the age these chairs are in a good vintage condition. After all these years, still a timeless chair that fits into any interior. Beautiful for the dining room table or in a restaurant or bar. Dinner time!.
