Suite of 4 vintage armchairs by Charles Pollock, 1960's

Set composed of 4 armchairs from the 70s, design charles pollock for knoll. Model "visitor" with base 4 branches and fixed seat. Structure: black printed plastic shell. Edge of the device in polished chrome extruded aluminum. The structure is designed to support the plastic shell, base coating and base mounting deck. Coating: expanded polyurethane, covered with brown leather. Base: 4 spokes in die-cast aluminum. Protection with black epoxy paint and with stainless steel profiles at the top of the races. Very well known and appreciated, the designer's study starts from the basis of the "circle technology", as defined by pollock himself; the use of a single strip of aluminum on the perimeter of the chair holds the project, both structurally and visually. Excellent condition of the 4 armchairs for age, the leather is original and shows only some signs of wear related to age. The legs are impeccable, the armchairs have served very little.
