La Fonda armchair by Charles & Ray Eames, Herman Miller edition in the 70's. Herman Miller edition of the 70s. The hull is made of ecru-coloured fiberglass, in very good condition. Nevertheless some traces of use, as evidenced by the photos, which make it all its charm. The base called "La Fonda" is a chrome cross base, made of aluminum cast iron nicely patinated by time. The seat is reimbursed with foam, in very good condition and perfect seating comfort, and covered with an original orange wool fabric. The fabric has no stitches, the seams are in impeccable condition, however the fabric has different shades due to use and sun, as well as "tasks", minimal given its age. As a whole, the hues and small tasks can be disturbing, and give all the charm of this chair. - Total Dimensions - L 65 x P 58 x H 85 cm Seat Dimensions - L 42 x P 43 x H 48 cm.
