Old metal towel rack

Old wall-mounted towel rack in chrome-plated metal covered in white plastic, color variations in certain areas, a small tear in the plastic in one place. Two levels of drying rack, pivoting arms for placing smaller items such as washcloths. Dimensions when the arms are folded: 40.7 X 11.5 X 12.8 (depth) cm 72 cm wide when the arms are extended.
