German vintage cake plate, Bauhaus

Original vintage german stoneware cake plate, made by steingutfabrik paetsch (1840-1953), from the 20s or 30s. It is made in a very typical bauhaus style, the "spritzdekor", spray decor, templates where used to apply the sprayed abstract geometrical pattern. It is white stoneware, over which glaze in brown and orange has been sprayed. The shape of the large platter is very typical art deco with geometrical stepped handles. Its absolutely rare, collectible and the most beautiful 1920-30s artwork. It's in very good condition, just two scratches in the pattern that I show in the photos. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines. After all, this piece is about 100 years old and still a beauty and rather like new. It measures 36 cm wide, 31 cm in diameter and 3 cm high.
