Colonial dining table farmhouse style table

Large old colonial table in farmhouse style. The table base, carved in the shape of an elephant's head and foot, certainly comes from Africa, more precisely from the Ivory Coast. Given the difference in wood species, the table top seems to have been replaced by a beautiful piece of solid oak. Circa 1950. Old manufacture with tenons, mortises and dowels. Very beautiful top with a beautiful patina of time. Beautiful zoomorphic sculpture work. In very good general condition, stable and solid structure. Note the presence of traces of time, traces of wear and micro scratches on the top. At the level of the feet, two tusks are damaged. Length: 195 cm. Width: 82 cm. Height: 73 cm. Top width: 3 cm.
